When the unpacked re-wet tape is not used up, it should be retracted and stored in a plastic bag, not exposed to the air, otherwise the adhesive surface will automatically absorb The moisture in the air produces stickiness and self-adhesive together, causing the adhesive paper to be scrapped because it cannot be torn off.
2: In the process of use, in the rainy season, due to the high humidity of the air and the slow drying speed, the amount of wet water should be relatively reduced compared with the autumn and winter seasons, so as to avoid excessive wet water and poor bonding effect.
3: When using wet glue paper for veneer mosaic, it should be noted that the finished veneer should be hot-pressed within 1 to 2 days as much as possible. If the hot pressing cannot be completed in time, the assembled veneer must be packaged in moisture-proof packaging. Otherwise, when the adhesive tape and veneer become damp, the glue will hydrolyze again and penetrate into the veneer, resulting in offset printing.
4: It is best to sand the adhesive tape on the board after the hot pressing treatment. If it cannot be sanded in time, it should be packed in moisture-proof in time. Otherwise, the adhesive tape exposed in the humid air will be damp and the glue will be hydrolyzed and penetrated into the veneer again, resulting in offset printing.
5: The storage of water-adhesive paper should be stored in a dry warehouse. It should not be stored in a damp and humid place. Open the factory packaging in an appropriate amount according to the amount to avoid damp and deterioration of the tape due to not being used up in time.
